Haruko Haruhara from the cult classic anime, Fooly Cooly (FLCL). One of my favorite animes, starring one of my favorite anime characters, Haruko. Very happy with how she turned out, have a mass of screenshots I took from the first three episodes I plan to draw in the future, this is just the first of many. More art in the works. Got a lot of semi complete projects from my one year long no upload gap where I never completed anything, just started new projects all the time, this was one of them.
